The aim of the service is to combat loneliness and isolation while also providing a health monitoring facility in addition to encouraging our clients to become more active within their immediate family group and on into the wider local community.
We want to become a major partner in the continuous monitoring and data collection on Patients suffering chronic illnesses. So as to allow each to remain in their chosen friendly environment for as long as possible through Independent living assistance.
